There is something I need to understand,do the people in charge of sweet chilli raps has problems with blacks ,because tell me why I will be served undone sweet chilli raps without sweet chili in it ,this has happened so many times,it is becoming more frustrating and annoying.treat people equally please

Ordered on just eat, the delivery drivers kept swapping drivers, 1 hour later tied to phone shop no answer. This is an absolutely joke. Especially when I used to work there and know all their tricks what they do when there is issues with orders. Phone gets ignored on purpose. Mcdonalds don't just need a revamp of their store or need to sort out the standards of the food and stores they need to revamp their staff, get them to actually do what mcdonalds pay them to do. This is a lost sale for mcdonalds.

Had a lovely experience with Grace today, very friendly and chatty. She went out her way to give my little Bruno and Otis a pup cup which was a very sweet little touch. Thanks Grace you really made their day!

It's a McDonalds so you should know what to expect, however with this one I find 1 in every 2 orders are wrong, either items missing or wrong items completely. Ordered a few times on Uber Eats hungover after a night-out and the orders have come come and missing items.
