I have visited Rosa Twelve a few times, its such a lovely Italians in Low Fell. Great decor good vibes as you enter. The staff are very friendly and so welcoming. The food is yummy will definitely have to visit for steak night 🍸

I was at rosa 12 last night for my cousins 21st birthday . We were a table of 13 my review is mixed on good and bad points. The restaurant itself looks small from the outside until you go inside where its a pretty decent size spanning 3 levels the interior is very nice and absolutely immaculate. The service was good and the staff were very friendly however I was disappointed with the carbonara I had as it lacked flavour even when adding pepper and and parmesan and for the price it wasn't worth it at all ive had carbonara hundreds of times and this wasn't good at all ive had proper carbona

Lovely, unpretentious yet "classy" restaurant serving well made food at reasonable (for 2026...) prices. You can as easily bring a date, as a young family. Bistro downstairs, and large dining area upstairs.
