From start to finish the experience was fab! This is our second time in this Zizzi’s and both times have been a success! Adam served us and he was just brilliant! Complimentary pasta crisps to start, so good! We had a caramelised onion garlic bread to share and daughter had the kids meal option so her starter was cucumber and carrot sticks with dough sticks. Came to Zizzi Lancaster on Valentine’s Day, with my partner and son, having travelled to visit our son at Lancaster University. The hostess was lovely, the food was fantastic, and the decor and ambiance were top notch, but the stand out for me was the service. Zizi is usually one of my favourite restaurants in Lancaster, but today I had remarkable experience. I was there to celebrate my birthday, and from the moment I entered the restaurant till my check out, I was treated like a Queen. I had a free main course and lovely Inna gifted me a drink and dessert. She made my day really special. I’ll never forget this experience. This is more than I was expecting from a restaurant service. First time here - came for the 20% of with Blue Light. There are a wide variety of options on the menu. We had a truffle carbonate and a pollo piccante. The servings were generous and delicious. Service was lovely and we got a complimentary shot of hot chocolate at the end of the meal.
