Disappointing. Had a margherita pizza which was stone cold. Not even a hint of warmth, had obviously been there a while. Also no smiles at all from the server, not a very friendly experience.

Hardly got served, woman was more focused on chatting to co-worker than taking my order. Wasn’t even able to my full order out before she had turned around and continued chatting.

The staff at this branch, particularly the girl taking orders, come across as quite unfriendly and unwelcoming. Even when my child was politely asking for something, the interaction felt uncomfortable and dismissive. It was disappointing enough that my child said wouldn’t want to come back, which is a shame as we are regular customers at other Greggs have a much better experience. Unfortunately, this particular branch does not reflect the standard we’re used to.

Capacious and situated in the heart of Leeds City Centre. Your typical Gregg's staff are not the brightest and certainly not polite. Staff are not very friendly and unprofessional. I found a member of staff shouting at customers. I found my visit to be unpleasant and the branch to be unsanitary.
