We visited My Lahore as a family and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. A special mention goes to Khizer, who looked after us brilliantly and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. We started with the poppadoms, followed by the special mixed grill sharer and fish pakora for appetisers, which were all fresh, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. As nice as the food was, we were expecting something a little more special. For one, the mixed grill wasn't served on a hot plate. This meant that the meat quickly became lukewarm towards the middle part of the meal. Even though the meat was of a high quality, we felt that it lacked any distinct flavour. The Lamb Handi on the Bone was equally disappointing. We ordered it hot and it matched the description. No fault there. However, where it fell apart for us was in the taste. Sharing my experience at My Lahore Leeds, big shout out to Faizan service was very high and the food was great, Faizan was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and was very informative on the dishes we had. Unfortunately I was too hungry so no photos this time round but if you visit the restaurant ask for Faizan I’m sure he will look after you with great professionalism and smile with a service. We had Lamb Khari, chicken stir fry, meat samosas, and a few other bits. Manage to get a desert one in the end worth it

Ordered samosa chaat, chicken karahi, handi (chicken) seekh kabab and garlic naan. The karahi was very good and absolutely value to money. 5/5 The handi was however a bit disappointing 3/5 Kebab were my favourite a solid 5/5 Chaat was 3/5 The naan were 5/5 except the price. It seemed that as the mains were rather priced on the good end the bread seemed to make up for it. Recommend it however probably not the handi.
