One of the most pleasant little cafes I’ve been to in Leicester. The vibe is elegant, cosy French with a touch of artsy fun. Food looks fancy, such pieces of art. Taste is good too. I needed a place to sit down, finish up some work and also have brunch. This place was perfect and I can’t believe how I stumbled upon it by chance! Ordered a hot Mocha and a Burrata toast. I mean, a lot of places in the UK unfortunately make bland toast. But the chef made it perfectly with the correct amount of salt, tomato and pesto. Overall, a good experience. The food was very enjoyable, with appealing presentation and well-balanced flavours. However, there was a wait time of approximately 25 minutes, which was longer than expected. In addition, the level of noise from children at times made it slightly difficult to fully enjoy the visit. While the food quality is good, I would not go out of my way to return and would only visit again if in the area.
