I went to eat with my family yesterday and I found hair in my mouth potatoes. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture of the cleanliness everywhere. I won't say more. It's disgusting. The toilets aren't cleaned. It smells bad and the food isn't very good either. I'm disappointed.

Ordered from uber eats today, they need to make sure that the staff put the customer sauces in their bags I used to work for macdonalds 2 years ago and always told to put customers sauce in if they requested them or on their receipt it’s not fair for people who having to pay 20p for a couple of sauces and not received them and the food was cold sort and remind the staff about sauces

Chronic errors, cold food, and appalling service recovery. I am a regular customer at the Leigh Bradshawgate branch, but the service has become unacceptable. Every order has an issue: missing items (recently an entire 20-piece nugget box), missing beef patties in burgers, and consistently under-filled "Large" fries that are barely half-full. To make it worse, the food is almost always served cold. When I walked back to the store to fix their mistake, the staff showed zero remorse. I was dismissively told to "just phone to the branch next time" instead of receiving a genuine apology or a solu
