i love coming to this costa! they’re all super friendly and so so sweet. a special thank you to matthew who always makes my visits amazing! i have a service dog, and he always gets water and cream. they’re such lovely people, and the place is cosy and warm!

Absolute carnage sorry but tables a mess plates cups etc not cleared just filthy and unloved ceiling stained front door porch hanging and air con filter disgusting toilets minging.Long que and overpriced food and drink where are your staff on a Saturday...to clean

Be warned, this Costa can get extremely busy and the queue can sometimes reach the doors. When I was served there was only three staff on but they work ever so hard. I had a nutcracker caramel cake and gingerbread and cream latte. Both very nice. Often you can’t get a table due to it being really busy. I’d come again but it’s hard when to judge quieter times.

Apauling. The place was a mess every table was stacked up with dirty pots. They need more staff stop running it on a shoe string. Miserable staff. You can't get a decent hot chocolate anywhere in Lincoln. Asked for it extra hot and was still Tepid and just tasted of sugar and milk.
