Ordered a donnar hoggie, side salad and ham and mushroom pizza on saturday 16th may 2026. The young girl told my husband the price and he said that it was awfully cheap. She started saying no you ordered a roll on donnar and he said no it was a donnar hoggie and side salad and ham and mushroom pizza. There seemed to be alot of confusion and going back and forward over this (dont know why, simple enough order). Eventually got order. However what we got was absolutely rank. My husbands pizza looked like a margarita ( i say looked as it didnt resemble anything really). No ham and no mushroom

Used to be one of the best but its gone downhill and very quickly. Seem to be more interested in fulfilling their Just Eat orders than customers who walk in. Waited 10 mins before my order was even put in the oven whilst Just Eat orders were flying out. Two teir customer service.

Probably the most tasteless special fish I ever had. The battered one did not have high expectations and still managed to exceed them...negatively. We asked for crispy chips, they must have fried them for 1 milisecond. Just look at the colour.

Just got home from hospital so decided to order take away. Have never had a home delivery from here before. Person on phone very abrupt, never asked for payment on phone so presumed card payment on delivery was ok ( they'd hung up before I could ask). Delivery very quick but was cash only. A bit stressful trying to find cash to pay for it but managed it. Delivery person very nice and patient. Food was very good. Just need to work on those customer skills/phone orders.
