I visited today, and the customer service was brilliant! The young gentleman serving in the cafe deserves a special mention, as he was friendly, smiling, chatting to the customers, and extremely helpful. Service was quick. The Costa coffee I had, tasted better than it would have at the Costa outlet. The lady who served me at the till upstairs was also friendly and chatty, and customer oriented. Thank you Asda for a very pleasant shopping experience.

We went into the cafe for 2 teas and a cold drink. I asked for 2 pots of tea and was told that 1 pot would serve 2 cups but was then charged for the 2 cups of tea in the 1 pot. Everywhere else including Costa (which this cafe is) charge per pot of tea. I then asked for some hot water and was given half a small take away cup of hot water. Definitely will be going to Costa across the road and avoiding Asda Living.

Ordered through click and collect but arrived at 8.15am and it did not open till 9am on the website but in fairness the ladies opened the till for me earlier so i could pick up my 3 microwaves kettle and toaster the manageress even helped me with two trolleys to the truck and even put them in the boot for me so impressed with the professional service and courtesy obviously caring staff the manager was nicola at asda living trostre park. Outstanding service

Popped into the cafe in Asda trostre this afternoon. I would certainly not recommend this cafe to anyone!! The staff were really rude and unhelpful, my elderly mum who is 84 mentioned to one of the assistants that the floor was wet, in case someone slipped, the lady then made a face and rolled her eyes to the colleuge with her, not realising that I saw her, and that it was my mum she was rolling eyes at!! There was no sweetener or white sugar available for our gut drinks, which I think is totally unacceptable. When the toasted sandwich arrived quite a while later, after our drinks, it was ined
