Visited Hungry Horse in Llanelli and had such a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, including the manager — we all got along so well. They even wished me luck on my driving test, which really meant a lot. Even though I didn’t pass, they still gave me a soft drink on the house, which was such a kind and supportive gesture. Everyone was so welcoming and positive. Amazing place with amazing service and food. Love you all so much — I’ll definitely remember this visit.

We had our work Christmas meal here on Friday 19th December at 7.00pm for our company, Kris of All Trades Ltd, and it was a brilliant experience from start to finish. Despite being very busy, we felt genuinely looked after and prioritised as a group. The festive menu was lovely, food came out promptly and we were never left waiting long. One of our party doesn’t eat meat and this was handled easily, with extra roasties and veg instead, which was really appreciated. Served by Leanne today for lunch, lovely lady. Very friendly, extremely helpful. Professional and polite. Food was absolutely delicious too. I went for the Mac & Cheese, and my husband had the Tingly Tedster burger. Food arrived quickly and it was most certainly service with a smile from Leanne. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who took the order at the bar, but she was also really friendly, smiley and there was a great atmosphere between the staff & other diners. We had such a lovely experience at Hungry Horse thanks to Jerome. He was so friendly, helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He was especially amazing with my children, patient, kind and made them feel really comfortable, which made our visit so much more enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble and his customer service really stood out. It’s rare to come across staff who genuinely go above and beyond, so I wanted to make sure he got the recognition he deserves.
