The team have been absolutely amazing! Very opulent vibes and affordable too but the people make the difference. Food and drink lovely . The gorgeous friendly Paris , super efficient beyond the line of duty Ash (they don’t sell mimosas but I got one !) and the lovely, smiley G have done a smashing job making my afternoon ever so positive. We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was excellent, but what really stood out was the outstanding customer service. Mo was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. What impressed me most was their honesty and care when I accidentally left my handbag behind. Mo kept it safe, making what could have been a very stressful situation completely hassle-free. It's rare to find such genuine kindness and professionalism. A big thank you to everyone involved. We ordered a Caesar salad which tbh lacked freshness, dressing and flavour. However we received fantastic customer service from one of the young waiters, he looked after us extremely well. Overall the staff are very attentive, helpful and quick. The tables are cleared and wiped promptly which is impressive, you will not find sticky tables here.The cocktails, coffee and the atmosphere were great!! We will definitely return to Nana soon!
