As ever, it’s always a very warm welcome from not only the Manager Lisa, but also every member of the team. I chose the roast lamb shank which I was told had been slow cooked for 8 hours and my god did it show. I could have shook the plate for the lamb to fall off the bone. Most were having a bite to eat, while some were just drinking. I sat outside in the beer gardens which is really smart and well laid out. The only downside is its position on the main road. The food menu has some great options on it, and I opted for the cheese and onion baguette with thick chips.
