I go in here regularly and the guy who works here, usually with a hat on, is excellent. So friendly and seems to be enjoying himself and engages in conversation. I went in there today and omg the 2 women in there were awful! No smiles or even acknowledgement of me even as I was leaving. As I walked in, they were discussing how the cucumber didn’t look very good and they needed to do something with it. Yet rather than throw it away they then served a whole tub of it to a young girl maybe 12/13 after me?! Glad I didn’t order cucumber! But felt bad for that girl who was so excited bless. Food is

Very slow service. They seem more interested in just eat orders than serving customers. I was standing 15 mins with one person in front of me. Definitely not fast food. If you have loads of time then it’s fine but if you like fast and friendly service with good food then this isn’t the place for you.

Food quality is absolutely great, the reason I dropped two stars is due to getting into the store an hour before closing with my kids, three tables were unavailable because they had been cleaned and the floor mopped. As a consequence, the five of us left because all of the other tables were occupied. I did try to commandeer a table that had been cleaned, but the duty manager asked me not to because they've been cleared and mopped. Turning away five customers because they didn't want to have to re-wipe a table... Not great business sense.
