Absolutely shocking! The food was a complete disaster from start to finish. The chips were soggy and limp. The chicken had zero flavour I have had more taste chewing on cardboard. To make things worse, I specifically ordered rice, yet it turned up with a pile of sad, greasy chips I never wanted in the first place. The so-called meal was burnt, bland, and honestly inedible. It was such a disappointment that I wouldn’t feed it to a stray cat. This place has no respect for customers never, ever ordering again. And definitely never recommending it to anyone! Worst in the town

I have just ordered chicken wings on uber eats and have got the half eaten pieces!! And immediately rung them up and they denied the fault and I had to drive there and show ! Look at the picture for the food I have received .

Absolutely delicious! I had the rice and grilled quarter chicken for £7.49 from Charcoal House — and it came with chili and fresh salads too. The chicken was tender and smoky, the rice fluffy and full of flavor, and the chili added just the right kick. Everything was fresh, tasty, and the portion size was generous. Great value and friendly service. Highly recommend!
