It's the B team in tonight, take your 8 slowest and least motivated members of staff and put them on shift together. Burgers sitting for 10 minutes before being served because the staff are somewhere between disinterested and out of their depth. Duty manager more interested in quizzing to me for taking a photo than having a quick clean of his embarrassment of a restaurant. Some 14 minutes from ordering one burger to bring served. Cold. If it's lunch you're after I recommend the indoor market.

The food on this occasion was ok but the actual customer service was terrible, the manager served me i was asking for help on how to use the points id earnt. I got a moody response and no help, then the guy getting my food ready wasn't wearing any hair net (he had long black plaited dreds) im pretty sure any1 preparing food shld be wearing some sort of protection. If im wrong then I take back what I said.
