Ordered a pizza and it was completely undercooked. The base was raw and doughy, you can see the uncooked tomatoes in the picture, and the cheese was low quality and barely melted. It felt like it came straight out of the oven 5 minutes too early. When I complained to the staff, they were really unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or offering a remake, they just said "if you want next time, order a well-done pizza 😂". I’m still not sure what kind of pizza I even got.

I recently ordered from Tops Pizza and had a very disappointing experience. When my pizza arrived, I found a hair baked into it, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. The pizza itself looked fine at first, but discovering something like that immediately ruined the meal. Food safety and cleanliness should be a basic standard for any restaurant, and this really raises concerns about their preparation practices.
