Very disappointed. Had a booking and 2 hours before been sent an email saying it has been cancelled. No explanation. No information. No refund. Just cancelled and left in the dark. Tried to call the cinema number and they dont take calls. Tried to call the customer service number and they dont take calls. Steer clear and make a booking with a reliable cinema would be my recommendation.

Very comfortable seat which fully reclined and feet raised still allowed you to easily watch without neck strain. Each seat got a little table. Others could still walk past to eg bathroom without disturbing. Bathrooms were clean. highly recommended!

Really good cinema - very grateful for the location, the quality seating (brilliant considering it's a local Odeon) which recline, have lots of space and allow you to have space or cosy up! The star knocked off is just for the cleanliness of the place (facilities were not quite clean enough) and the price (still quite expensive all round). However, service was friendly, good temperature, brilliant viewing experience and lots of choice for food and drink. Enjoy visiting here as a family and couple.
