Just popped in for a quick bottle of water and coke. Big que moving very slowly, first impression was staff but it was LACK of staff. This is a great position for the shop but need more than 2 people for a busy branch. With the amount of people wanting to be served, they can afford 1 extra person.

Flat white - just a huge vat of vaguely coffee flavoured milk - which when I questioned was told - ‘I’m probably thinking of a cortado, this is how we do flat whites here’. I’m not thinking of a cortado. A really poor overpriced milky coffee, awful - really regret spending £4.80 here. Lesson learnt won’t be bothering with Costa again. Nice girl taking the orders, but not impressed with the barista

Well what can I say . Big thank you to Ben and his colleague. I was feeling really low today and thought I would treat myself and try the Costa Turkey toastie , Gingerbread latte shame they didn't have cinnamon as I love it on my ginger latte . Please bring it back Costa , lemon tart big treat there . Ben you are an angel the way you greeted me and the banta was fantastic you made me feel so much better and your colleague. THANK YOU SO MUCH
