Absolutely ridiculous place. Ordered through uber eats this evening as I got back from work tired and didn’t fancy cooking. Ordered for me my mum and brother. Pickle burger had stale chewy pickles on and was presented awfully. The rice bowl. Don’t waste your time. Didn’t come with rice which is in the name, didn’t come with potatoes either as it was described. Paid £8.49 for a handful of lettuce corn and pickled slaw. The quality from this location is horrid. How the hell can you get two lots of mini fillets cold and all we get is a replacement the bbq fillet tower was stone cold but my lad was that hungry he ate his I left mine after taking it back once also the two side orders of leg chicken was cold all the fries including the dirty fries cold so was the popcorn you guys really do need to learn to serve hot food even the beans out the draw was just like warm and the coleslaw tasted off we was order 8116 and I tell you this store has massively dropped seriously people need to go a little further and go Burger King or dreaded McDonald’s as I am s

Had dine in lunch. Service was good, food was as expected from a KFC. Chicken was hot and cooked well. Tasted like some of the 11 herbs and spices were missing though and burger could have more salad. Store was nice and clean. I would eat here again.
