Shocking service received here. Waited over 15 minutes for my food. Was served cold chips that tasted like they were reheated. My burger was not that much better. The restaurant itself was disgusting. Tables with rubbish left on them, bins overflowing. The joke is I was the only one in there as it was 145am. Staff walking around not bothered about the mess. No apologies for the delay in food. Shocking!

Amazing! What can I say the boy at the first window was lovely told me I should work there which was really nice to hear! Got the food and they give my friend a toy with her happy meal they must of knew she was having a new house, so thoughtful of them to give her a house warming present the manager even offered her a job on lobby which is phenomenal as she loves cleaning! THANKYOU RETAIL

I visited this McDonald’s recently while travel Cardiff and experienced too rush. No proper space for dining, long waiting for order and delivery. Finding space for car is very long wait. Th food quality was fine, just typical McDonald’s fare, but the service needs improvement.

I ordered a Vegan meal through the app. I thought it was strange how they told me at the drive through to go in the store to collect it. I haven’t had this experience at McDonald’s before. But other than that it was a good experience.
