A great enclosed place to relax right in the middle of the, often busy, Hill Street Centre. My latte was provided first, very quick and professional with a heart in the coffee which is a nice finishing touch, tasted great. When I was handed the cutlery for my breakfast the staff knew immediately to replace a knife which had not come out clean and promptly changed it without me even noticing it first. The food was great in all respects, nice and fresh, strangely enjoyed their seeded brown toast and butter the best. It's not the tastiest breakfast I've had but I wasn't going to award a great bre

Great staff, great coffee. Cakes were dry, the double chocolate muffin was a chocolate muffin with chocolate cream on top and a small flake. The muffin was a bit dry and over baked was expecting it to be gooey inside was wasn’t. Sausage and egg bagel was really nice. Tuna crunch wrap was really big and delicious said Mam. Would be three star but an extra star for the staff. Price was reasonable two coffees bagel, sandwich four cakes and two drinks and two crisps for kids £30 all in.

I decided to visit this café after passing by on multiple occasions and being consistently drawn in by its inviting atmosphere, appealing aesthetic, and the enticing smell of the food. It gave the impression of a place worth trying, and I was genuinely looking forward to finally experiencing it. Upon entering, I sat down with the intention of ordering. Within less than a minute of being seated, I was approached and told, “Erm, you’re not allowed to eat Gregg’s in here,” and was immediately told to leave.
