Been coming here for a few years now grabbing a team lunch as a treat some Fridays and now I won’t be coming to Mitcham for work anymore, I’m going to miss this place for sure. This came recommended and thankfully have to agree, it’s a great Fish & Chip shop. Attentive, friendly and polite staff; and even if you telephone your order through, they will still wait to cook the fish fresh for you when you arrive. I ordered 2 large Fish & Chips which cost £22, when I got home I was shocked at how small the cod was. It was like having 2 large fish fingers. Not good value for money at all. If you order LARGE COD that’s what you should get. I’ve never been so disappointed and had such a small cod in my life. On the positive it was freshly made.

I shouldn't even give one star. I bought from this shop. Well before ordering i asked if the the fish is proper cod and not pollock as I'm elergic to pollock! They looked at me like I'd gone made and talked to each other in their language and then one of them said......Yes it is cod we only buy cod we don't know what pollock is!! Well after eating a few chips and then processing to eat the fish, which I was so looking forward to. The fish which they was so adamant about was Cod.....was not it was Pollock, I'm now paying the price with a very upset belly😡😡 They need to know what they are sell
