Only went to Beaufort Park Hotel for one evening as entertainment. The people and staff there are so friendly, it was a real pleasure to perform for them. The customers spoke about their stays, saying the accommodation and food in the restaurant is very good. I believe the hotel has some great entertainment most Saturday evenings, so it'll be worth going and staying (at least for the weekend if not a week).

Met a friend for coffee a few weeks ago and have just received a fine for parking, £100, my friend also received one. Neither of us saw any signage. Surely the staff should have informed us when we ordered our drinks?? I have been to many places with the system and always been informed by staff to register car details. I have been in touch with the hotel and they asked for me to bring the letter to reception and they will "try and help" me. So I have to go out of my way approx 40mile round trip to get this sorted, well they will TRY!!

We stated at the hotel as part of a coach tour . Friendly efficient staff, good evening meal with varied choices and really nice fresh breakfast with good quality produce . Bedrooms were of a reasonable standard and very clean The only negative point I really need to add is that upon arrival , our bedroom was bitterly cold . There was a wall heater which we put on immediately but this took several hours to bring the room up to a reasonable temperature -so much so that I couldn’t even remove my coat and scarf until halfway through the evening meal . Went to Beaufort park hotel for midday lunch. Several weeks later I received a parking fine, apparently you have to register your car in the car park. Was assured it would be cancelled. Then today 27/5/26 second letter re. fine. Again I have been assured it has been cancelled, there was another chap there with same issue. There have many in the same boat. VISITOR BEWARE.
