Elle★★★★★Made a mid week visit to catch up with a friend, was greeted at the till by Amy, she was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful when I asked for a drink recommendation. The store was busy but she still took a few moments to go that extra mile that made our visit so much better!
Sai★Was in on the march 10th 2026 at 11:15 am don't know the woman serving as no name tag but she's got long brown hair nose ring and flower tattoos down her arm, horrible attitude speaks to customers like there stupid and trash. And her face just looks like she does not want to be there worst experience I have had in Starbucks. Absolutely no need to speak to customers that way

Received drink it was filled to the brim and beyond. When take lid of it was spilling everywhere had to drain it before I could even drink it. Terrible Starbucks this one. Will stick to airdrie
caroline hutchison★Coffee was absolutely average but we asked for hot water to heat a baby’s bottle and OMG… they couldn’t work out how to do this, they gave us a paper cup with boiling water.. it was filled to the brim and far too narrow for a baby bottle to fit in!! 5/6 staff all looking at each other!! Doh! 😣… I eventually suggested a large ceramic cup but not filled to the brim! It had to be seen to be believed!! 😢
