This was the first time I visited Burger King since I was a teenager I'm now 46. I took my daughter of 11 years old in the hope it held the same memories as a child. Unfortunately it fell so short of expectations. The food was terrible,cold and very small portions. We ordered a kids meal and as you can see from the photos the burger was smaller than my child's hand. A few chips and surprised ti see nothing else in the box. No toy or book and at nearly £5. I tried explaining that burger king used to be a destination as a kid. Wear the paper hat and have good food. My daughter and I left feeling

I’ve had the unfortunate experience of visiting this abysmal establishment. I visited around about 8pm on a weekday when I placed my order. I simply ordered one regular meal and ended up waiting over thirty minutes. I appreciate that fast food cannot always be fast, however, I ended up missing my train due to this delay. The best part wasn’t the fact that I missed my train home or waited over thirty minutes, but the fact that my burger was dry and my fries were cold. I will be taking my business to the Burger King in Llansamlet instead; the food and service is always better

This is like any other burger king however, it's probably the nicest one I have been too as it was clean and modern, with the touch screen monitors for you to order. The food itself was as normal, really tasty but was just luke warm. So when you finally got home with the food it was cold. I will return but I think I'd need to eat it there, rather than take it home.
