I had a couple of hours spare while the guys on the building site opposite unloaded my concrete slabs so popped in for a nice iced latte and a rest in the sun watching the world go by. Good service and atmosphere, so good in fact I'm going back tomorrow.

Disappointing experience at this cafe. Beginning with a lot of promise, we walked into a warm, welcoming place with a fairly interesting menu. The food and service however were not up to standard, we waited over 40 minutes for our 2 dishes, in a less than busy restaurant. The food itself was okay, my chorizo and beef brisket parmigiana was very watery, so much so that the sourdough that the topping was sitting on was effectively soaked through - clearly the brisket hasn't been pan fried to tackle the moisture. Made for a fairly bland meal, and combined with the long wait, I couldn't recommend

A lovely cafe. I've previously had food there which was excellent. On this visit the service was great, the waitress was friendly and efficient and the atmosphere was very relaxed and calm.
