I bloody love this place. Aisles upon aisles of products for you to purchase. I bought some sweets here once. Unlike anything I have seen before. Truly a mystical and yet slightly perilous location for tourists who want to see the heart of British culture. Also, they removed the overpriced Lindor chocolate area, so that's good! The store itself does what it needs to, has a huge variety of products and great nectar deals. But the staff, especially the checkout staff, are what make the experiences pleasant. There’s a young girl who’s always smiley with the customers and it’s just what you need sometimes after a rough day. Thanks Archer, keep it up. X

We visited this store yesterday. It's was quite busy, but no members of staff were serving on the tills. They've placed more self checkouts, for the customers to scan their own shopping, and do their jobs for them. As usual staff just stood about doing nothing, but watching everyone. You have to scan your receipt to come out of the barrier..They might as well give us all a sweeping brush to sweep the floors, while we're at it too. We can do that job for them, then more staff can just stand about..We can use the self check outs, but we don't like them. The customer should have the choice. We'd

I would really appreciate being able to do my shopping in peace without your male employee on the bread aisle trying to engage in weird conversation with me! 4 weeks ago he started wittering at me about something random, I had no idea what he was on about as I’m there to do my shopping not make friends. Today he thought it was appropriate to read the logo on my jumper and start trying to have a chat with me about that, ummm no thanks! It’s off putting as a female having a random bloke especially a store employee commenting on what I’m wearing. I don’t think he intended it to come across as se
