Guys how do u want me to eat this dry chicken salad with no fork. At the shop they made me feel like a begger when i asked for a second sauce as i had two items and spent almost 18 pounds for a order to be collected which i still had to wait for another ten minutes. U guys have some serious training to do we dont spend our hard earned money to get treated like crap.

95% of the time the food is really good. Cooked well, fresh ingredients. The other 5% tends to have slightly overcooked chicken or sometimes too much sauce (on the chicken and rice). Staff are very friendly and generally smiling. Atmosphere wise, the restaurant is clean and well laid out.

We go to Pepes very often & the food & staff are nice. There is one girl who’s name is Fatma & she works in St Albans Road in Watford, Herts. Fatma is very polite is very dedicated to her job.
