Went for a take away order and the lady at the register was taking her time to take my order since she talking to a colleague…after she was done she didn’t say “hi” or “sorry about that” she was chewing gum and asked what I wanted which is fine,we all have bad days but truly she wasn’t very welcoming or friendly at all.I asked her if she could help me with the App to scan my points since I’ve never used it and she didn’t even look at my phone or anything and she scanned my screen but I don’t think she scanned the right code since I didn’t get the points and I did ask for help( at that point sh

This Morning I was put off ordering after I whitest the manager, finish her Cigarette, then go back behind the counter without washing her hands to hand food and Drink orders!! Then further put off after watching her cough and splutter and sneeze all over the baked goods. I understand having a cough or cold, what I do not appreciate is being made sick due to a lack of general hygiene.
