Good location decent atmosphere and staff are friendly enough. I was super excited to try the maple hazelnut latte, my friend who works at another Costa said it was amazing but when I got it, it just tasted like any other latte, it cost like £4.55 I think so I was a bit disappointed. Turns out all the syrup was at the bottom lol they forgot to mix it. My Costa friend said they are supposed to do that so just a quick warning don't be like me mix your drink lol even if it does have whipped cream on it.

I had two lattes, they were cold when I mentioned it to the manager she said your lattes were ready, we called but you didn't come to pick them up and they are cold!! The manager was too rude I would never recommend anyone to waste their time and money at this place.

Came in at a hectic period in the evening on a weekend, however the staff kept their cool and still remained very friendly and accommodating. Given the amount of customers coming in, cleaning and clearing up used cups and plates was left on the back burner, which wasn’t great for cleanliness.

There’s no choice for 0 star otherwise I do that. I haven’t been visit such dirty place in UK like that. Even we need cleanliness now a days more then ever. Btw been there early morning but floor was dirty full of dust & stains n spilled milk coz they didn’t clean it last night or in morning before open. The spoon was dirty full of fingerprints of customers. My sandwich was cold coz they didn’t toasted it well. The tray they served me was dirty even last customer sugar wrap was in there. They sprinkle chocolate all over my cup. Their coffee grinder machine don’t ask about that. U can see in pi
