Absolutely fuming !!! So as I’d had issues previously I rang the store and spoke to Jake saying please check my order is correct. This was a 17:00 it’s now 20:03 and still no order ! Uber eats cancelled my order because they were given the wrong order. Apparently another customer had called the store to complain too. My order was a large order over £29 and the shift leader I spoke to was unapologetic and said as uber eats had cancelled that he wouldn’t offer to send my meal and I would have to wait 15 days for a refund!!!!! As apparently that is their policy. I said that wasn’t good enough and

I place a order on mc Donald’s app with delivery and the uber done a good and fast deliver but Mc Donald’s stuff forget to put a Big Mac in my meal and you can’t make no complain on the app and the personal from shop answer and he told me I need to call tomorrow for refund , I want my Big Mac not a refund and the mc Donald’s saying clear the complaint need to be in 30 minutes from place order but the stuff from shop told me to call tomorrow, that is the reason you have only 3 stars on reviews , bad personal who can’t even put 2 Big Mac in a order with only 2 Big Mac

I ordered a McFlurry and when it came it was short, not for the first time. I asked for it to be topped up, but was refused. Do yourself a favour and go to one of the other McD franchises in nuneaton. Ordered big mac, fries, apple pie and shake. Both the big mac and pie were cold, even though I ate in the restaurant. Even worse the apple pie was sold to me an hour after it was supposed to be thrown away. See photo.

Actually dozens of flies round the sauces all the time. Staff are milling about with miserable faces. And food is always less than satisfactory for your money.
