I was very happy when I passed by this café and noticed matcha latte on the menu screen, as I had previously thought they did not serve it. I went in to try it along with a slice of chocolate cheesecake. I ordered the large cup, which I only realised afterwards was extremely big and ideal for sharing. However, this also became a downside, as the matcha flavour was not very strong, and it took so long to finish that the drink became cold. There are 2 Costas, this review is for the one near Hollywood bowl… most of the workers are great! But one of the male staff today put down the wrong order for a customer, and when the poor customer came to pick it up, all the drinks were hot instead of the cold he ordered! The worker then told the customer that it was the customer’s fault for not being clear, even though I remember the customer specifically asking for iced coffee for all the orders. I can’t believe this branch would allow staff to belittle customers and not accept fault when they need to… Unfortunately the customer’s drink

You could walk in here, point at a random customer and accuse them of being a sex offender and they will immediately be told to leave and not to return, without any kind of proof. Rude staff and they believe anything anyone tells them. Once proven the man wasn't a sex offender no apology was made.
