I have used Chai wala numerous times however this is the 3rd time they didnt fulfill the order properly and i have decided to write a review. We ordered three Omlette and CHICKEN wraps and in one of the wraps there was no Chicken and we paid extra for it. Its happening consistently now. Really quick to increase the prices and charge extra for sauces but consistently getting ordrrs wrong. Spent £38.00 ruined the experience as it was breakfast for a family member. Im sure you can check todays order receipt and see we paid for fully loaded.

I just wanted to say how much i enjoy chaiiwala everytime I visit, food is always on point. The only thing's I could say is the beans side they give is not very generous comparing to other places for example karak chai, also not very fast in service always seem to be working so slow especially in mornings, the worst time to be going slow, that's the reason I will not pop in on work days as I can never estimate how long they will take to fulfill my order. Other then that great place to eat is 1 of my favourite breakfast places however need to work on making orders more efficiently. Keep up the
