Mohammad Dilras★★I have been a loyal customer since this place first opened its doors, so I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received today. I phoned in a collection order, and when I arrived to pick it up, I noticed that one of the items had been prepared incorrectly. I had specifically asked for garlic mayo, but it had been made with mint sauce instead. When I politely pointed out the mistake, the member of staff serving me responded rudely. Instead of apologising and correcting the error, he became argumentative, making the situation much worse in front of other customers. I found

Even when you're eating inside and the food is still warm, it's got a horrible texture to it, unlike real meat it's meant to be tender but this place is selling some gunk. Very doubt if it's halal. Somethings not right with this place. The customer service is poor. The staff have a poor attitude like there don't give a toss about anything. They speak in an abrupt and obnoxious manner. Seating area is not too bad, but it's cold inside and unhygienic. Overall I would avoid at all costs. Never again.

I went for the chicken fatayer with cheese and a cold Rubicon mango. The fatayer came out piping hot: flaky pastry, loaded with juicy, well-seasoned chicken and melted cheese, with that signature garlic sauce on the side that everyone raves about.
