Had a lovely dinner with family here! We ordered the mozzarella pizza, arancini and Italian bread section - all delicious. Highly recommend the arancini, this was our first time ever trying this dish and it was so good!! Lovely crunch and the filling was incredible, not too greasy either. Food was a little bit on the pricier side but definitely worth it - good size portions too. Our waiter, Flavio, was really friendly and welcoming as well :)

The staff was very friendly. But the food was mediocre and the portion sizes were small. I paid £20.50 for a small portion of Carbonara and a mixed salad - the service charge would have been another ten percent, but I politely declined. Just not very good value for money. There are plenty of better (and more affordable) options in Gunwharf. On the plus side, there are plenty of gluten free options available and they do seem to take allergies very seriously.

I had a birthday meal with my friends at Carluccio’s. We were served by lovely Wiola, who went above and beyond to accommodate all requests. Everything was delicious, the most tender calamari rings I have ever had!! I got treated to a glass of prosecco which was a pleasant surprise. We all had a great night and enjoyed our time!

Dog friendly and staff were polite and friendly. Food were generally good and nice and spacious dinning area. However, didn't realised I have been overcharged by around £16. We ordered from the Christmas menu, Arancini, and Steak with fries, should be £29.95. We also ordered Gnocchi £17.95 and Milanese Burger £16.95 and 3 x coke zero at £3.60 each. The total bill should be £85.11 with a 12.5% service charge. But only realised when home, I have been charged £101.08, so i have been overcharged £15.97 or an mount of £14.20 plus 12.5% service charge. And as a result, overall rating is 1 sta
