Ordered from Iceburg Preston twice through their new app and been really impressed. Food was ready in about 10 minutes and everything was hot, fresh, and well packed. We tried a mix of items the Holy Hotness and Smoking smashed burgers were juicy and full of flavour, and the Fiery Nashville chicken burger was another standout crispy, spicy, and packed with bold flavour. The loaded fries (Fire Fries, Peri Skin On Fries, Beef ’N’ Fries) were generous with the toppings and so tasty. I’ve been going to this restaurant for the past three years. The food is great and the place is always clean; however, the staff are consistently rude and provide little to no customer service. They also fail to inform customers that there is an additional charge for sauce, and they can be misleading about what is included in the meal deals. This is why I’ve decided to stop going there. If they treated customers with more kindness and basic respect, they would likely be much more successful.
