The food is decent but they have different prices for the same stuff all over the shop, the meal for one advertised on the screen for £8.99, I was charged £10 and told it’s on the menu for £14. They simply have no idea what the prices are and hope you’ll pay the higher price. Please see the attached images and tell me what the correct price is please.

Great service, great atmosphere. The staff are helpful and are clearly trying their best. The staff is not an issue at all. It is the recipe. The ingredients are disappointing. Whoever put this menu together has no clue about fast food. Tastes like meal prep food. The type of food that’s edible with a bit of flavour, but you have to force yourself to eat. The pricing doesn’t make sense. For example. To add chips to your meal it is £1.50 but to add a drink to your meal it is also £1.50. How can chips share the same value as a drink? Tried Phat Buns in Preston and was genuinely impressed. The service was excellent from start to finish. friendly, efficient, and genuinely attentive. Staff checked in during the meal to make sure everything was okay, which you don’t often get in fast food style spots and definitely elevated the experience.
