One of the nicest places I have ever been to. I was greeted as soon as I entered the building. The server was very polite and kindly explained how ordering works as it was my first time. I had the sausage & wild shroom ragu. While, my friend had the breakfast roll. And the Golden Glow and Big Wave for our drinks, which were both fruit smoothies. Honestly, couldn’t fault any of it. Wait time wasn’t long. The breakfast roll was both a decent size and delicious. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly. rise has by far got to be the best brunch spot in preston!! we got served immediately and even with a slight line, we were in within 2-3 minutes. the atmosphere was buzzing and everyone serving was friendly. the food was reasonably priced, had customisable options, halal friendly and the quality!!! i’ve tried many brunch places in london and a lot of them don’t meet this level of taste and value for money. our server, cindy, also gave us a free iced coffee. appreciate both cindy and vinny for the service. definitely try this one out <3

I’ve been a regular customer at Rise Cafe for a long time, which is why I’m so disappointed by today’s visit. I always order the same matcha, but today it looked completely different from how it’s usually served. I took a photo before taking a sip or stirring it, so that’s exactly how it was handed to me. It wasn’t even filled properly, and compared to my friend’s drink, it was clear mine hadn’t been made with the same level of care. For £6, I expected much better. Went to Rise (Miller Arcade) Preston for brunch for the first time. Not enough words to describe just how amazing the food is here, not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, absolute quality. Great atmosphere and customer service. Staff really friendly. We walked up without booking prior, queued outside for literally 2 minutes and were seated in the lovely downstairs area. We will defo be returning!
