This is the last time I'll come here now, every time I come I just get given basically a cup of hot foamy milk with what must be the most watered down coffee ever because I can never taste it, even when I take it back for an extra shot. Considering the price, I'll stick to cafe Nero where you can actually taste what you ordered. Waste of money.

I visit this Starbucks regularly and unfortunately had a disappointing experience during my last visit. One of the staff members was quite rude to me when taking my order, which immediately made the interaction uncomfortable, however what was more concerning was the way she spoke to her colleague, leaving them looking very uncomfortable which added to a tense and unwelcoming atmosphere. This created an unpleasant visit which is a shame, as the coffee itself was actually very good and made well. I don’t usually leave reviews but the customer service from the staff member who served me was awf

Visited on Sat 21st Oct 2023 with my wife. Ordered a cheese toastie and large Latte. Guy on till kept us waiting for a while until he eventually took our order. Other people were waiting a lot longer than I was after I placed my order. Took ages for our small order to come through. Also, I could see that the hygiene levels behind the counter wasn't too impressive. Food being handled and prepared without gloves and care. Very messy and untidy. Customer tables were disgusting and the place was dirty. When our food finally came out, the mug was dirty and the toastie was put in a brown bag even th

Due to being in a morning rush we had made a mistake on our order. The server Josh was extremely helpful and corrected the order quickly and efficiently. Great service and manors!
