Absolutely shocking experience at McDonald's Radcliffe. Spent over £20 on three Double Fillet-O-Fish meals and other food. The fish burgers were rock hard and completely inedible. We tried eating them on the way home but couldn't. They tasted like they'd been sitting there for ages. Once we'd got the children settled, I rang the restaurant. Lauren answered and at first said she could sort a replacement, but after going backwards and forwards to the manager for nearly 20 minutes, she came back and said he had refused because it had been over an hour. Nice small McDonald's on a shared retail park. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Credit to the staff that were working hard that day in probably one of the hottest days of the year.

I'm in Radcliffe, so was able to finally get my hands on the new McPlant burg (no locations near where I live are currently doing it). Inspired by my dad : I ordered an extra and doubled up! I'm sure you've heard it all at this point, but yeah; I really liked it, tasted pretty much exactly how I remember etc etc. I'd get it again. Hopefully they'll roll them out near me in the future. The restaurant was pristine very clean and tidy, staff all polite and the milkshake machine was working for once! Brilliant service guys well done and Thankyou. I will be bringing my family here very soon.

Harry, working on the intercom for the drive thru was a great example of how modern day customer service should be. Confident, polite, attentive and profesional. Welcoming in his manor, and a breath of fresh air. It’s quite unexpected to be greeted this way as expectations aren’t set so high these days (sorry gen zee) however, Harry was an exception to modern perceptions, and a credit to his generation. It may have just been sausage McMuffins we ordered for breakfast, but his demeanour stood out. Your manager should recognise his credit to the workforce 🙌🏼
