There's hot competition for milk tea in the Food Village shopping centre, but I think this place makes the nicest milk tea, even if it's not the cheapest. I had a large Thai milk tea and it did not disappoint. I personally prefer not to have boba or tapioca, but did have a taro milk tea with boba balls previously that was still good. The upstairs seating area is nice and cozy, and a lot of people don't know about it so it's often empty despite the comfy sofas and smaller tables.

I had the ding tea milk tea with black pearl. Unfortunately, I would say it was 5 out of 10. I was fancy a delicious bubble milk tea, but it was not what I expected. It felt like I spent money on something that it was not worth. Service was good. The place was cosy.

The University of Reading’s Kpop Society introduced me to Ding tea when i first came to study here and they did not disappoint! Good quality, taste and friendly staff– overall has a warm atmosphere, making it a great place to study and chill with friends! Also amazing how they have alternative milk options :)

Best bubble tea in town. It tastes fresh, excepts Blue light card, and super friendly staff. Highly recommend! Only reason for 4 star atmosphere is because it’s usually quite warm in there due to a pretty glass dome above the shop.
