I've been here to dine in and it's been excellent but I just ordered takeaway and it's all packed into a little box. This would be fine if the drink wasn't in the box as well making everything cold. It's like putting an ice pack in a hotbox, it doesn't make sense. I really wanted to order from here more, but after this it would be a mistake. Wendy's also do the same thing and I now use there a lot less, and only when I'm in town. I love both jolibee and Wendy's but common sense says not to put cold things and hot things together. 1 simple change would get you more business. I was also denied a

We had such an amazing experience with Jollibee for our party! The team was incredibly attentive, helpful, and communication throughout was excellent. Queen was especially wonderful — she was so responsive and truly went above and beyond to make the party special. Even though we booked very last minute, she worked so hard to secure the mascot for us, and we really appreciated the extra effort. The party was so much fun and everyone had a great time. Because of this fantastic experience, we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
