I had to say something about this guy Frank at Nando’s because his service was honestly amazing. Yesterday i went with my family as a regular customers to Nandos and we dealed with a bad situation . My son 7 years old he got a cup of water and he filled with soft drink(fanta) in a minute a young (19) yrs old employer came and told to my son who was next to me he need to pay. Instead of telling to me or his father who was also next to us he choose to talk as an adult with my 7 yrs old kid. My son appologies for this and we paid the cup for him. The problem is the manager Mayk who deal with a very bad atitude of racism he didnt let us speak and he continously talk only himself . We were 6 y
