This is purely based on today's lunch at Cote Reigate. Went there with work colleagues. It took 20 minutes for the food order was taken, another 50 minutes of waiting before the food came out. I ordered a sirloin steak, rare. But it came out medium! I was worried that if I sent it back, I might have to wait another 50 minutes. As we had to get back to the office, I just ate it. Overall, quitd disappointing experience. We went there in December and the service was slow (not as slow as today) but the food was excellent.
