Highly recommended hotel in Reigate, location is key. Only a short walk to the town. The staff are very friendly and professional. Harj and his team were on top of the service and made us feel like home even though it was busy. Definitely coming back soon.

This hotel is well located with reasonably priced spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel's greatest asset is it's staff. They were friendly, courteous and helpful. They clearly work very hard, one person often seemed to be doing everything. However they were unfailingly cheerful and helpful.

The staff are friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel is seriously lacking. The breakfast was decent, although the water for tea was not hot. The linens appear to be the only thing cleaned. The floors, phone, walls, headboard of the bed, nightstand surface were all visibly dirty and/or sticky to the touch - gross! Would not stay here again or recommend.

Nice characterful building, and a good bar with Camden beers, just off reception. Feels a little dated, although this is in keeping with the building, and due to the nature of the building it's not got the best sound proofing. However the bed was comfy and the provided amenities were good. I'd stay again.
