I recently visited Chunky Chicken with my friend around 7 PM, and we had a really good experience. We placed our order over the phone, and the staff handled everything very politely and professionally. When we arrived at the store, we noticed that all customers were being treated with respect and served quickly. Honestly the food was nice and I enjoyed it. The taste was good and the portion size was decent. Delivery was also fine. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because I feel like it could be a little better in terms of freshness/seasoning and consistency. Overall it was a good takeaway

Placed an order to be collected at 2.45pm. Staff struggled to understand a simple order, which was then made wrong. Had to remake which made collection 5 minutes late and then missed a set of fries. Called to let them know and was met by the answer “ok”. What does that even mean?? Please employ educated people who can understand a simple order and can provide you with what you have supposedly paid for. Would not recommend at all

I loved Peri Tower burger from Chunky in Rochdale; however it had turned out to be an ordinary low quality burger with very less chicken - almost empty burger. No attention to detail. Photo attached.
