I ordered several times via uber eats. My orders were terribly messed up. Further more they deny their mistake. I ordered from Baillie Street as it's halal. However, the orders are not prepared by Muslims, do be warned. When complaining, they are terribly rude and talk over you. There was no cheese in 4 meals ordered, when we paid for double cheese. Nothing in the instructions was followed when making the order. I will not order from here again.

The female staff were rude and disrespectful they said I can't use my rewards in store when it said I can in the app and when I asked for a meal she put it through by itself and when I said where's my drink she said you need to pay for it separately when I requested a meal!!!!!!! Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with service 1/10 (The guy who works there today was nice and understanding he was no part of this he was 10/10 for customer service the other staff are just dragging him down)

Garbage honestly.. I eat at all subways, especially ones that are halal. This is by far the worst out of any IV been to, they try tell you they have stopped serving 20 minutes before their shift finishes. They forward every call to voicemail you can't get through to them. Absolute shambles of a shop honestly don't bother.
