I had a mixed experience at this McDonald’s. To be honest, the food was just average—what you’d typically expect, but nothing standout. However, the service is what really made the visit worth it. A staff member named Emma was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind and patient, not just with us, but with all the customers and especially the children in the restaurant. Her positive attitude really brightened the atmosphere. Five stars for Emma, even if the kitchen was just okay!

Never order online, foods always stone cold, missing food from orders, like a handful of chips in a large😂 it’s like whoever cooks it is purposely lazy and just throws it all together, I can’t say I’ve ever had a nice delivery from this place how can you mess up frozen food?? Treated my Grandaughters to a day shopping & Lunch. For the size of this place there limited parking that only Noddy can squeeze into. And inside inadequate seating. We gave up our seat for a mother struggling with her son. Got extra chips for my troubles which was nice of staff. Had to clear & clean both tables we sat too. While floor assistant sweeping up invisible rubbish. Her cloth was bone dry. Wasted my Big Tasty because it was drowned in sauce & half mangy lettuce.

I ordered breakfast this morning. I ordered two McMuffins and two hashbrowns throw the McDonald’s app to be delivered I received my order and there was two breakfast wraps and that’s it. I’ve rung this restaurant 47 times since 6:05 this morning. I’ve also been emailing the customer service team as the restaurant has not been answering. The customer service team says there’s nothing they can do. I think it’s absolutely disgusting that the restaurant is not answering the phone and they’re and they’re supposed customer service team. It is absolutely shocking and no help at all
