I did have a bad experience, but they surprised me and actually came to me and talked me through their order processes and gave me a reasonable explanation, they’re very lovely people. Dhanush, and the other person he came with (couldn’t catch your name apologies) were very sweet and helpful people. The food is always incredible and I will never stop ordering from them

Delivery took well over an hour (30-40mins est.) and when it arrived it was 1 pizza short. Rather than refunding the amount for the missing pizza, they offered me a free one next time. NOT FREE as I'd already paid for it! It took them a further 30 minutes to agree to a refund by which time my pizza was cold. Refund was meant to be in the account by Monday. (Ordered Thursday). It's now Tuesday and no sign of it. (Didn't really expect it but I did give them a chance to make it right). It may have cost me £17 but hopefully will cost them more in the long run.
